Apparel Return Policy
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt. To return please include original receipt and circle the item(s) that you are returning.
For a return, we will credit the card used to place the order for the cost of the item(s), you are responsible for shipping charges.* Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries.

Due to the nature of digital products and online training, Intellectual Property is accessed immediately once downloaded and therefore is not eligible for a refund. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. The digital product and online training is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. As such, no refunds are available.
High Gear® Return/Exchange Policy
1. If you order the wrong size component and need to exchange the piece – no problem, we will accommodate. However, YOU are responsible for return shipping.
2. If in the course of training, gear is damaged by an accident, over-use or misuse and you require our assistance to mend or repair the piece, again, no problem. We will repair the gear for you [there may be a labor charge], and you are responsible for the shipping.
3. If for any reason you decide to return the gear, there will be restocking charge and the balance of the cost will be returned to you. Again, you are responsible for the shipping. For hygiene and other safety reasons, we cannot accept returned merchandise that has been worn, washed, modified, or damaged.

High Gear® WARRANTY STATEMENT
High Gear® is a quality-manufactured item and special care goes into its construction. We will repair or replace components that are found to have defects in material or construction. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from anything other than the product’s intended use. Because of the nature of martial & combative training, which includes striking, clinching, throwing, grappling and so on, we cannot assume responsibility for torn components on the gear that are loosened or come detached from regular use, abuse, or misuse. Excessive stress is placed on the stitching when you do not wear oversize clothing over the gear because you run the risk of you and your training partners pulling and tugging on the Velcro closures and other securing components. [Should a strap or fastener come loose, a tailor, tack shop or leather specialist can usually fix it in a matter of minutes at minimal cost.]
Blauer Tactical Systems, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase, provided the products supplied have not been subject to accident, alteration, negligence, abuse, or misuse. We will repair or replace any merchandise deemed to be defective.
